I work directly from your reference photo to create a beautiful hand-painted piece of the venue. Depending on the image, your piece can be done in either portrait or landscape orientation, ensuring the composition compliments your venue perfectly.
**How to Order Your Custom Wedding Venue Illustration**
- Simply order the size you’d like.
- Email your reference to abigailthorne@hotmail.co.uk; high-quality reference photo, the venue address so I can gather further reference images and the wedding date to sign the piece off.
- Each drawing/painting is carefully hand painted, please allow for max. 4-5 weeks for completion. This ensures I can give your piece the time and attention it deserves. If you’re ordering for a wedding date in mind, be sure to order well in advance to avoid any delays.- Once your illustration is ready, I’ll send you a photo of the painting to ensure you’re happy with it before shipping. We want you to love your commission. A digital proof will be sent before postage to confirm you’re happy with the piece. Due to the bespoke nature of custom artwork, pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.
Peace of mind - Each piece is scanned at 600dpi resolution before shipping. Orders are sent via 24-hour tracked delivery with signature. In the very rare event of loss or damage, a high-quality digital print can be offered and a partial refund, assessed on a case-by-case basis, at your preference.
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and details. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within a few days, however the nature of bespoke artwork takes several weeks to complete, as per the description of the item.
