I work directly from your reference photo to create a beautiful pencil drawing of your pet’s head and part shoulders. Depending on the image, your portrait can be done in either portrait or landscape orientation, ensuring the composition compliments your pet perfectly.
**How to Order Your Custom Pet Portrait**
- Simply order the size you’d like.
- Email your reference to abigailthorne@hotmail.co.uk; high-quality reference photo of your pet . Clear, well-lit images work best to capture their details and personality. Portraits are of head & shoulders only.
- Once your portrait is ready, I’ll send you a photo of the drawing to ensure you’re happy with it before shipping. Shipping - Royal Mail Signed For Only
Each drawing is carefully hand-sketched, so please allow 2-4 weeks for completion. This ensures I can give your portrait the time and attention it deserves.
We want you to love your commission. A digital proof will be sent before postage to confirm you’re happy with the piece. Due to the bespoke nature of custom artwork, pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.
Peace of mind - Each piece is scanned at 600dpi resolution before shipping. Orders are sent via 24-hour tracked delivery with signature. In the very rare event of loss or damage, a high-quality digital print can be offered and a partial refund, assessed on a case-by-case basis, at your preference.
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and details. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

All orders are processed within a few days, however the nature of bespoke artwork takes several weeks to complete, as per the description of the item.
