I work directly from your reference photos (or addresses and I can find my own) to create a beautiful hand-painted pieces for the big day. Images will be done in portrait to best suit tablescapes.
**How to Order Your Custom Destination Table Name Illustrations**
- Simply order the quantity desired.
- Email your names/references to abigailthorne@hotmail.co.uk; high-quality reference photos, and the location addresses so I can gather further reference images - the names and any dates will be used to sign the pieces off.Please note - paintings will not include people.
- Each drawing/painting is carefully hand painted, please allow for min. 8 weeks for completion prior to wedding day. This ensures I can give your pieces the time and attention they deserve, be sure to order well in advance to avoid any delays.- Once your illustrations are ready, I’ll send you photos of the paintings to ensure you’re happy with them before shipping. We want you to love your commission. A digital proof will be sent before postage to confirm you’re happy with the piece. Due to the bespoke nature of custom artwork, pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.
Peace of mind - Each piece is scanned at 600dpi resolution before shipping. Orders are sent via 24-hour tracked delivery with signature. In the very rare event of loss or damage, a high-quality digital print can be offered and a partial refund, assessed on a case-by-case basis, at your preference.
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and details. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within a few days, however the nature of bespoke artwork takes several weeks to complete, as per the description of the item.

International orders will be shipped with DDP service, however customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply in their country.
