*HOW TO ORDER*
1) Select the size of print you'd like to order.
2) In the personalisation box, provide your chosen locations (A4 up to 10 locations per print, A3 up to 20 locations per print). Example: Paris, Rome, Santorini, New York City, Tokyo, Bali
3) If you require stamp locations that aren't in the available collection, please ensure you choose the correct quantity from the option menu and include all requested locations within the personalisation details. Only an extra £2 per new stamp location request.
4) Place your order.
5) A digital proof will be sent to you for approval before printing. Please check all spellings and details carefully.
6) Once approved, your print will be professionally produced and dispatched. (Tracked 48 shipping)

• A3 size print: 297x420mm
• Printed on premium 240gsm smooth matte paper
• Unframed print only and protected in a clear cellophane sleeve with board backing.

• Frame not included.
• Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings.
• Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Please ensure all destination names are entered correctly when ordering.

We want you to love your custom artwork. A digital proof will be sent before postage to confirm you’re happy with the piece. Due to the bespoke nature of custom artwork, pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.
If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and details. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within a few days, however the nature of bespoke artwork can take up to a week to complete, based on capacity and number of bespoke location requests.

We use PDDP (Paid Delivered Duties Postage) services where available. However, any additional tariffs, customs charges, or import fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders):
International orders will be shipped with DDP service, however customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply in their country.
